So the newest with Alec is his getting out of his crib. It takes about 20 tries to get him to stay in it at naptime, about 5 to stay in it at nighttime and every morning, he comes walking into my room no later than 6am saying in a very cheery voice, "doodmorning mommy!" It's just lovely being woken up that early......love it.
Anyhow, here's Alec on Bryce's skateboard. He went and got it and the helmet and said, "mommy, stateboard, stateboard" so I couldn't resist.
Maybe its time.

Is he the next Tony Hawk? I think so!
I have the same issue with Tate waking up at the crack of dawn. At first I thought it was our time change (daylight savings), but No. Actually I'm usually not home, but hear all about it from Greg. I wish he could at least sleep in on the weekends- KIDS! When do they learn that sleeping is FUN?
Good luck with that one- I have no advice, just sympathy.
Looks like he'll be a pro some day!
I just had a conversation with my pediatrician about this! He is of the opinion that as soon as a kid starts climbing out of his/her crib, they should be moved to a bed. I guess he sees hundreds of terrible head injuries and arm breaks from this "activity"! Just thought I'd pass that on...good luck!
