Today in training, we learned all about face charts. Believe me, it is not as easy as it looks. If you click on the picture, you can see the shading done, the contouring, the eye shadow and blended colors and the way I made the lips appear glossy. It is much harder than it seems. The reason behind making a face chart is to create a look for a potential bride, or someone going to prom or really anything. You test out the colors on the chart with the same color foundation the client wears and you can get a feel for what colors would go. It's also to practice. I now there are no lashes. They are definitely not as easy as you'd think and we didn't get to them in training.
It is ALL MAC makeup and brushes that I used on this. I used all the stuff you'd use on your own face. I clearly have a lot to learn but I am sooooo excited to learn it all. Training is done now and I start the real deal next week!
