And Happy St. Patty's Day too! April Goff made this cake. Click here for her website. This cake is UNBELIEVABLE! It's a lemon cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate mousse. We ate the top tier with friends....OK and someone snuck a SMALL slice from the middle tier.....maybe it was me...maybe not! I think it was the leprechaun....
Oh and that's a fondant golfball! Actually, it's ALL fondant! April is amazing. What talent!
