Our Sedona trip

Matt's been working in Sedona for the past couple weeks so the boys and I decided to take a little trip up North to spend some time with daddy. The hotel room and all the meals were all paid for so it was a wonderful, stress-free little vacay. The first day we got there, it hailed HUGE pellets of ice but the weirdest thing was that it was about 80 degrees out. We were all in the pool and all of a sudden, "ouch, ouch, ouch". They felt like paintballs hitting us. We laughed the whole time while running back to shelter all soaking wet and getting pelted. Kaden was crying but everyone else loved it! Last night, Matt's boss offered to watch the kids in the room while Matt and I went out to the an incredibly nice seafood restaurant. It was so sweet of her to do that for us. It was such a romantic night because if any of you have seen the red rocks of Sedona, you know what I mean. Our view was exquisite and we had such good food; calamari, lobster tails, soup, shrimp..and of course, we sat next to each other closely watching the sunset on the mountains....it was divine and JUST what we needed.Even though Matt worked, it was still so fun and there was so much to do. All the food was paid for so we ate like royalty...it was great! The weather was a gorgeous 85 degrees max every day and just perfect to get a nice tan out by the pool.This was honestly one of my favorite vacations even though it was only about 2 and ahalf hours from home! Matt and I decided we're going to own a condo there one day. Sedona is so beautiful.
