My little munchkin

Everytime I look at pictures of Alec, I still can't believe that he is over 1 years old. He has grown so much and has grown into such a sweet, caring, loving, calm AND sneaky, outdoor loving, dancing king, interested-in-every-drawer and cubbard boy (yes, I do baby proof the cubbards but he still sticks his arms in them and pulls stuff out). He's 1 years and 3 months old at the end of this month. I still remember holding him in my arms after giving birth to him. I was so impressed with this tiny little human being who would from now on depend on Matt and I for everything.
Alec is such a go-getter already and always ready and alert. Maybe that's why he came out in only about 8 pushes. He's ready for the day the second he wakes up and brings such a smile to all our faces. Matt glows with pride and joy constantly because he loves his 3 sons so much. Of course, there is no love like a mothers to her children and I love them all equally with all my heart. Bryce and Kaden love Alec and protect him every chance they get. They are always taking things out of his mouth, wiping his muddy hands or playing peek-a-boo and other games. They are so sweet with him. I don't know what I would do without them.
If any of you are wondering why Alec is so fair and has white/blonde hair when Matt and I are totally tan skinned and dark haired, it's because of my mothers side of the family. She is 100% Swedish and I was a total toe head as a baby and toddler too! Matt likes to joke that I got 'busy' with the milkman....such a goof :)

He gets cuter every time I see him (or a picture of him :-)). I can definitely see the Swedish side in him. He looks like your mama. :-) So cute!!
